Clinical Approach<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

My training has led me to look at the therapeutic process as a holistic approach to help people live better lives. I use many different methods to help my clients find the relief and growth they are looking for when coming into the counseling settings. I often use Solution focused therapy (SFT) to help my clients find constructive ways to live happier lives. This approach is short-term and goal oriented. When helping couples work through there struggles in their relationships, I often use Emotional focused Therapy (EFT) Emotionally focused therapy helps people restructure their emotional responses to help strengthen their relationships. In some cases when clients are learning new tools to help make changes in behaviors, I will use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). We many times are products of our environment and upbringing this shapes how we see and do things, sometimes good and sometimes negatively in our relationships. In this case I may use Family therapy to look deeper into the family of origin. This work often has a spiritual component for many clients, so we often use the clients leading in this area of importance. This is what I mean when I say a holistic approach to therapy many tools are used to live better lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Passion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

My passion is people living the life they have always dreamed of. This does not mean there will be no challenges or difficulties (That is just life) but life is to be lived. We need to be free to love, be loved, and seen this is our greatest desire GOD has given us. I love helping people live their lives well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Rodney sees clients Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
    Rate: $120 for a 50 minute session
