Passion
My joy as a therapist is to help clients deepen their relationships; to themselves, others, and God. As a Christian therapist I seek to help clients to unify their mind, will, and spirit to bring about a wholehearted and joyful life.
My goal is that every client I work with experiences unconditional acceptance and care tailored to their needs. I find that as clients receive support and space to process, they gain insight into how they have coped with life, and with insight comes choice, and with choice comes freedom, and with freedom comes hope.
Approach
In my work, I lead with curiosity and compassion. I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for my couples and families, Internal Family Systems (IFS) with trauma, and Solution Focused Therapy with issues of addiction and compulsion. Undergirding all these tools are the profound realities of the love of God found in Jesus, and the truth that everyone, no matter their past or present, is a beloved image bearer of God.
