Thank you for your interest in Bayside Counseling Center. Our training program is for both Resident Trainees and Associate Therapists. We are also currently taking applications for LMFTs, LPCCs, LCSWs, and Clinical Supervisors.

Resident Trainee
Resident trainees hold a volunteer position that includes maintaining a minimum caseload of 7-8 clients per week and attending a weekly group supervision.

Associate Therapist
Associate Therapists hold a commission-based position that includes maintaining a minimum caseload of 15 clients per week and attending a weekly group supervision.

Licensed Therapist
Licensed Therapists hold a commission-based position that includes maintaining a minimum caseload of 10 clients per week. We are currently hiring LMFTs, LPCCs, and LCSWs.

Clinical Supervisor
Clinical Supervisors hold an hourly position that includes leading a 2 hour group supervision and 2 one hour triadic supervision sessions each week, as well as being available to support assigned resident trainees and associate therapists as needed. We are currently hiring LMFT, LPCC, and LCSW supervisors.
