Passion

As a therapist I have a passion for working with individuals from all backgrounds who are healing from emotional and relational wounds, including, wounds of abuse, grief, and loss. I love watching stories of redemption unfold for my clients and holding space for hope while their next steps become apparent. I am here to offer a compassionate witness to your story as you discover the unfolding path forward.

Approach

Although you may not feel it to be true, my belief is that you are the expert on your life. Using a person-centered approach, I am eager to help you discover the changes and healing you desire to see in your life in order to produce transformation and healing. I have specific training in Brainspotting through the Pacific Trauma Center. I also am trilingual, and can lead our sessions in Russian, Ukrainian, and English.
