Passion

I believe every individual carries a light within them, waiting to be illuminated. At times, that light may feel clouded by pain, stress, or life’s challenges, but it is never lost. My passion is helping people reconnect with their light, even in times of darkness. I feel called to walk alongside individuals as they uncover hope, embrace their strengths, and discover their resilience. I am honored to be a part of each person’s journey as they navigate their unique paths of healing and growth.

Approach

At the heart of my work is the belief that healing begins with trust. I am committed to creating a compassionate and collaborative space where clients feel seen and heard. I tailor my approach to meet each person’s needs through a trauma-informed lens, primarily drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy and Gottman Method Couples Therapy Levels 1 and 2, which can be integrated into sessions. When it aligns with an individual’s values, I thoughtfully integrate a faith-based perspective for support and strength. I know therapy can feel like a big step, but together we can uncover the strengths you already hold and rediscover your shine within.
