Passion

My passion as a therapist is to help clients of all ages thrive and flourish wholeheartedly in all aspects of life, from a holistic perspective (i.e., bio-psycho-social-spiritual). This transcends the mitigation and amelioration of mental health issues, to greater levels of freedom (i.e., “life more abundant”). Therapeutic goals begin with the development of a therapeutic alliance and psychological safety, so that each client feels safe to address their needs and develop goals and strategies to experience hope and greater levels of freedom and satisfaction.

Approach

In my approach, I love to lead with empathy, compassion and the facilitation of client transformation through an eclectic approach, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems, Attachment Therapy (i.e., Emotion-Focused Therapy etc.,). My ultimate goal is for each client to experience the multi-faceted and unconditional love of Triune (Father, Son, Holy Spirit) in order to come into his/her true identity as a son/daughter of God, and to “walk-out” his/her divine destiny.
