Passion
First and foremost, I believe that it is an honor to work alongside clients on their journeys towards healing. I am passionate about helping people who are struggling with their mental health, whether it be due to current life circumstances, anxiety, depression, and much more. I understand how hard it can be to ask for help and start this journey so I commend you on taking the first steps. My goal is that each client experiences acceptance and receives unique care that is tailored to their needs and preferences.
Approach
I believe therapy should feel safe, genuine, and encouraging. My goal is to cultivate a space where people feel truly heard, valued, and understood – regardless of age. I strive to lead with curiosity and compassion while working with clients, recognizing that they are the experts in their lives. I believe that therapy should be collaborative and integrate various modalities in my work with clients. As a bilingual therapist (English & Spanish), I’m honored to serve individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
I have a holistic approach, recognizing that we are mind, body, and spirit. I believe that this is essential when working with all clients to help them truly thrive and be who God made them to be. As a Catholic Christian, my faith deeply informs the compassion, dignity, and hope I bring into my work. I am happy to integrate the faith into my work with clients to the extent that clients prefer and only if desired. I strive to meet clients where they are at and work with them to achieve their goals for therapy.
I truly believe that healing can happen and I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey. My goal is to empower clients and help them on their unique path of healing.

Schedule & Fees
Elizabeth sees clients on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
Rate: $120 for a 50 minute session.
