Passion
My passion is to help people to achieve their goals and support them in their efforts to find change and healing. I’m currently working toward my MA in Counseling Psychology at William Jessup University. I have a passion for working with children, adolescents, and adults.
Approach
I use a client-centered, humanistic approach, focusing on aspects of Existentialism, mindfulness, Attachment, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Chris combines extensive life experience and scholarly knowledge to create individualized treatment options for his clients. My experience is in couples therapy, anxiety, depression, trauma-related diagnoses, and other life experiences.
