Passion
I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore growth and healing. With a heart for working with military families, children, teens, and women, I understand the unique challenges that transitions, identity development, and life pressures can present. Drawing from my 21 years of service as an Air Force medic, as well as my experience in professional sales and educational settings, I bring a culturally sensitive, compassionate, and practical approach to the counseling process. Whether navigating life transitions, managing stress, or overcoming codependency, I am honored to walk alongside my clients in their journey toward greater self-awareness and empowerment.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two children, and our dog. I love exploring all that California has to offer, being active outdoors, and cheering on my favorite sports teams.
Approach
My approach to counseling is client-centered and solution-focused. I strive to create a safe, open, and trustworthy space where clients can feel heard and supported. I believe in tailoring the counseling experience to meet each client’s unique needs, encouraging growth through insight, collaboration, and resilience-building. My goal is to help individuals restore balance, build confidence, and move toward meaningful life changes.
