Passion

Life is hard. We are all given challenges that form and shape us, pushing us to the brink of what we believe we can handle. Although hardship is inevitable, no one needs to go through it alone. We all carry a unique set of chains that weigh us down, but there is hope. My desire is to support others in their freedom-finding journey.

Having personally experienced mental health challenges, I understand how overwhelming it can feel, and that lived experience has fueled my heart to care deeply for those on a similar path. My desire is to blaze a trail with you, exploring new ways to grow, learn, and become a stronger, more equipped version of yourself.

In my free time, I enjoy mountain biking, reading, snowboarding, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Approach

My approach is holistic, aiming to support the whole person by considering the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects of life. I strive to create a compassionate and non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported.

I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. My goal is to empower clients to find freedom and move toward a more intentional and balanced life.

  • B.S. California Polytechnic State University
