Passion

“The world breaks everyone, and afterward, some are strong at the broken places.” – Ernest Hemingway

My passion is to instill hope by providing a safe space for people to grow and heal. I believe everyone has the capacity to heal inside of them, and it is my honor to walk alongside them in their journey to become stronger, healthier, happier, and more resilient.

Approach

My style is warm, kind, compassionate, and encouraging. I treat each individual with the utmost respect and work in modalities that fit each person and situation. I work with children and teens through play and art therapy to help them identify, process, and express their emotions; and adults through modalities including Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy.
