Passion

As Brené Brown so eloquently wrote, “Vulnerability is not weakness, it’s our most accurate measure of courage.”  The ability to share one’s vulnerabilities in a judgment free and empathic environment has the potential to be transformative and empowering. The courage to seek counsel and address hardships or burdens you feel in any stage of life is truly inspiring. It is my passion to encourage you through life’s inevitable pain and struggles, help you remain steadfast in who you are, and walk alongside you on the journey to transform pain into meaningful and lasting growth.

Approach

My approach is predicated upon the unique needs of each individual client. I integrate therapeutic interventions from person-centered therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I will support and empower you throughout the therapeutic process to seek to find solutions applicable for your personal life journey.
