My Passion

Having navigated the journey of grief, feeling shattered, lost, and hopeless, I understand the courage it requires to face life’s difficulties and pain. My approach is one of compassion and empathy as I am dedicated to guiding individuals through life’s challenges and helping them rediscover their inherent worth and strength. With a heart for fostering healing and resilience, I consider therapy to be a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their stories and struggles.

My Approach

Drawing from a blend of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy, I will work collaboratively with clients to identify areas of growth and transformation so they can have a future filled with hope, empowerment and fulfillment.

My approach is rooted in a deep belief that each person has the ability to heal and find lasting solutions and gain resilience in dealing with life’s challenges. With a special passion for helping people overcome emotional and relational wounds, including anxiety, depression, and grief, I aim to empower clients to develop the tools needed for restoration and emotional well-being. With my person-centered approach, I aim to show respect for each client’s unique worldview, offering an integrative and faith-based perspective when desired, and I look forward to supporting you on your journey of health and self-discovery.
