Passion

Sheng enjoys working with people from all walks of life and has dedicated over the last decade to walking alongside individuals, couples, and families in the church. She desires to support the family unit, whether through caring for the youngest members of the home or guiding couples to a closer, more satisfying relationship.

Sheng knows from personal experience the courage it takes to walk the road to healing and self-discovery. She works with compassion to support others on their path to restoration, empowerment, and fulfillment.

Of all the roles Sheng plays, she most enjoys being a wife her husband of 15 years, and a mother to her two young children. In her free time, Sheng can usually be found reading, cooking, or exploring the outdoors with her family. She also enjoys hosting gatherings in her home and spending quality time with her loved ones.

Approach

Sheng is known for creating a safe space for clients to process and navigate their vulnerable and challenging expressions. She uses an attachment approach to broaden an understanding of how one forms emotional bonds with others, particularly in close relationships. Sheng also draws on various therapeutic approaches, applying the appropriate approach to each individual’s specific needs.
