Teenage Mental Wellness

an evidenced based approach to help teens figure out life through adolescence

This group is intended to help guide teens through typical psychological and psychosocial changes in puberty. We will highlight important milestones to social and biological growth and sexual development using a warm therapeutic and evidence-based approach.

We will look at undefined status, increased decision making, skills for increased pressures, and provide guidance in the search for self.

Group highlights discussions on Emotional Affect Regulation, self-harm, eating disorders, and sexual development.

Registration Includes:

  • 10 two-hour sessions led by a licensed therapist
  • Workbook
  • Online chat group and weekly check-in
  • Light snacks during each session

Registration Costs:

Up-Front Cost: $200

Fee-Based Attendance: $70 per group session

Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE once group begins. Refunds allowed 2 weeks before group starts. 10% fee required with refund.
