Passion
My passion for therapy stems from a deep desire to see people thrive both in their relationships and within themselves. Whether working with couples, families, or individuals, I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they face challenges, strengthen bonds, and move toward wholeness. I believe that every person has inherent worth, as we are all made in the image of God, and possesses the ability to grow. My goal is to provide a safe, grace-filled environment where clients can experience healing, hope, and lasting transformation.
Approach
My counseling is based on a Person-Centered approach that stresses empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. I believe that when clients feel truly heard and valued, they can better explore new possibilities for change. Additionally, I combine Solution-Focused Therapy, which helps clients recognize their strengths, set clear goals, and take practical steps toward positive growth. Together, these methods allow me to build a safe, supportive environment that fosters self-discovery and lasting transformation.
